If a specific progress report is irrelevant for an Awardee, or if the report deadline has passed and the Administrator wants to remove it from the list of assigned reports, they can skip the report(s).

To skip a progress report, navigate to the awarded application by clicking its title from the Data Grid.

1. Click the Progress Report(s) button on the right local navigation menu.

2. Check the box directly above the progress report title to skip the report.

  • If no assignment email has been sent, no further action is needed.
  • The report will not show in the Awardee's Progress Reports tab.

Administrator view of Progress Reports page of an individual application. Check box above Progress Report 1 is skipped.

  • If the report assignment email has already been scheduled or sent and then the skip box is checked, a modal will ask to confirm the change. Click Continue to verify or Cancel to return to the application without skipping the report.
  • If skipped, any scheduled assignment and/or reminder emails will not be sent and further edits to the report will be disabled. The report will show with status Not Applicable in the Awardee's Progress Reports tab.
  • You may want to contact the Awardee outside the system to inform them of this change.
