If a user in your site no longer needs administrator privileges, a Super Administrator (or Global Administrator when microsites are enabled) should edit their user role to Applicant (or to Reviewer if they have review assignments displayed in their User Profile). We do not recommend deleting them as a user.

If a user is leaving their role, you may also want to transfer opportunity ownership to a new user.
