There is not a direct way to change the ownership of a specific application. However, an administrator can follow the steps below to re-submit the application under the new user's account. 

  • Open the original submitted application in one tab on your computer. Download any attached files that are included with the application and save them in an easy-to-access location (like your desktop).
  • Return to the Manage view of the opportunity and use the Submit by Proxy button to submit the materials on behalf of the new applicant. Make sure to enter the new applicant's email address in the first dropdown field so that the application is tied to that applicant's account.
  • Use the application info in the first one you opened to copy/paste application info into the new application and/or attach any of the requested files.
  • Once the application is submitted under the new applicant, you can delete the application from the original applicant, or keep it for historical purposes.
  • If the new applicant needs to submit progress reports, an administrator can award the application (without sending a notification) and then assign progress reports.
