In InfoReady, a status of Accepted means an application is ready to enter the review process. Submissions must have the status of Accepted before any reviews can be assigned. Applications can be accepted individually or in batches, as shown below.
Note: Once an application has been accepted by an administrator, it cannot be returned to the applicant for edits unless a Return for Revisions step is used in the review process. Learn more.
One Application (Individual Submission)
1. From the Data Grid, click the title of the application.
2. On the local navigation menu, click the Accept or Return button.
3. Accept Application is chosen by default. Decide if you would like to send a notification to the applicant at this point.
- If yes, leave the box un-checked, review the email message, and make changes if necessary.
- Then click the Accept and Send button at the bottom of the page.
- If no, check the Do not send notification box and then click the Accept button.
Multiple Applications (Batch Action)
1. From the Data Grid, sort the Status column to Submitted.
- Only applications with this status can be accepted, so this will make the process easier.
2. Select the check boxes on the left for the submissions you are ready to accept.
3. Click the Batch Actions dropdown.
4. Click Accept Applications for Review.
5. Choose whether you would like to send an email to the applicants:
- If yes, leave the box un-checked, review the email message, and make changes if necessary.
- Then click the Accept and Send button at the bottom of the modal.
- If no, check the Do not send notification box and then click the Accept button.
