If an administrator will need to create opportunities in more than one microsite, then it would be easiest if they are made a Global Administrator. You can view more about different administrator permissions here: Administrator Roles & Permissions with Microsites.
However, if an administrator will only create opportunities in one microsite but needs to help set-up and manage a process in another microsite, they can be added as a co-administrator to the specific opportunity.
Here's an example:
- Administrator A primarily runs undergraduate honors programs, so their user account is associated with the Honors College microsite.
- Administrator B primarily runs faculty award programs, so their user accounts is associated with the Faculty Awards microsite.
- There is a faculty award for an Honors instructor for which students submit nominations.
- Administrator B creates and "owns" the process as the primary administrator. The award is listed under the Faculty Awards microsite.
- Administrator B adds Administrator A as a co-administrator for the award. Administrator A can then access that specific award as an administrator, even though it's in a different microsite (Faculty Awards) than their assigned one (Honors College).
