We're sorry for this issue. Sometimes security settings on the user's or university's end keep the SSO from redirecting them to InfoReady. It sometimes happens when the user is not on the university network, but there could be other factors causing the redirect issue. You can use the Login for Other Users feature this way to solve it:


  • Go to the login page for the InfoReady site.
  • Scroll down to the Login for Other Users section, and click Forgot your password?
  • Enter the email address associated with your InfoReady account and then click Reset Password.
  • An email will be sent to that address with instructions for resetting your password
  • Follow the instructions, and you will be redirected to the site and logged in automatically
  • You can use this login procedure instead of the Single Sign On as long as necessary; the password will not change unless you change it in your User Profile. (It will also not affect your institutional password).
  • Make sure that support@inforeadyreview.com is a trusted sender from your email client.
