Help Icons
While working in the system, you will see small blue boxes dispersed throughout. When you click on one, you can learn more about that section from a technical standpoint.
- Those with a play icon in the box will open a video in a new tab of your browser.
- Those with a question mark in the box provide a brief explanation of the term, often including hyperlinks to applicable article(s) on the Support Portal.
- Those with an "i" give additional information just by hovering.
- Users are encouraged to use these icons to expand their knowledge in real-time as they're performing a task.
