In today’s busy world, having resources at your fingertips can make all the difference. At InfoReady, we have built-in tools within the platform, so access to answers or additional support is always one click away.


Help Menu

Even before logging in, you can hover over the 'Help' link in the top right corner of your InfoReady site.

  • In that box you will find a hyperlink to submit a support ticket; when you click it, a new window opens for you to send your support inquiry immediately to the InfoReady Support team.
  • There is also a 'What’s New' link that outlines updates to the platform, complete with release notes about new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

InfoReady Support Portal  

After you log in, that same 'Help' box has additional links to access the InfoReady Support Portal.

  • The portal includes resources such as FAQs, videos, user guides, and discussion forums.
  • To help you locate areas of the portal that pertain most to you, there are links based on user role.
  • You can also access the Support Portal directly: https://infoready.freshdesk.com/support/home

Help Icons

While working in the system, you will see small blue boxes dispersed throughout. When you click on one, you can learn more about that section from a technical standpoint.

  • Those with a play icon in the box will open a video in a new tab of your browser. 
  • Those with a question mark in the box provide a brief explanation of the term, often including hyperlinks to applicable article(s) on the Support Portal.
  • Those with an "i" give additional information just by hovering.
  • Users are encouraged to use these icons to expand their knowledge in real-time as they're performing a task.
