Administrators can add the Co-Applicants field as an additional requirement to any place in the form. This question allows applicants to list other individuals involved with their submission.
It does NOT give these individuals access to the application in InfoReady. Rather, administrators can select which information they need regarding co-applicants so that is collected in an organized and standardized way for reporting purposes.
Administrator View (Requirements Page)
In the expanded toolbar on the left side, add by selecting Co-Applicants as shown below.
Once added to the desired location in the form, the Settings panel immediately opens on the righthand side of the screen:
1. Edit the field label to clarify to customize the term (optional).
2. Add instructions (optional).
3. Specify the maximum number of co-applicants allowed.
