Near the end of the application form, applicants can choose to add other email addresses that will be copied on email notifications from InfoReady. These include messages like the initial confirmation that the submission was received, as well as final decisions (i.e., award or reject notifications).

Important Notes

  • This section always appears to applicants and cannot be disabled.
  • Though the listed email address(es) will be copied on email notifications, this will NOT grant them access to the application in InfoReady.
  • If an email address needs to be corrected or removed, administrators can edit the application.
  • There is not a way to designate that certain email addresses receive only specific notifications. Any email address entered in the section will be copied on ALL notifications from InfoReady going forward for that specific application.
