Release 3.54.2.1 of InfoReady was deployed in the early morning hours of Monday, July 17, 2023.  

There are several items we’d like to highlight from this morning’s release! 

Features and Enhancements 

Downloading PDFs with Application File Attachments – There are certain file attachments (e.g., corrupt, video, audio., etc.) that cannot be converted into a PDF. Previously, users would be prevented from downloading a PDF if even just one attachment could not be converted. Now, users will find they can download the PDF. Files that cannot be converted into a PDF will be replaced with a page noting the file and troubleshooting tips. A message will appear when downloading to alert the user that “There was a problem with your PDF.” 

Section Labels in Data Grid, Reports and PDFs – Within the Form Designer Template, section labels now carry over into showing in the Data Grid, Reports, and PDFs so that administrators have the appropriate context when viewing those fields and their values. 

Bug Fixes and Security Enhancements 

This release includes bug fixes and security enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who may have encountered any particular issues resolved with this release.
