This feature allows applicant data to display in a single box on an application form. It is an add-on feature not part of a standard InfoReady license. For more information on adding the feature, contact your Account Manager or support@inforeadycorp.com.


Set Up

  • Your IT team will work with InfoReady to set up a regular file exchange of user data using SFTP.
  • Choose any fields you'd like to display. Examples may include:
    • Name
    • ID
    • Email Address(es)
    • Phone Number
    • Title
    • College/School
    • Department
    • Degree(s)
    • Major(s)
    • Class Standing
    • GPA
    • Campus Mailing Address
    • ...and more!

Administrator View

  • Shows on every form by default
  • Applicant data displays in a box in the individual application view and in PDFs
  • Each field shows in Excel reports
