If you have been assigned as a reviewer for an application, you may have the option of returning it back to the applicant with your feedback so that they can make edits and re-submit.

If you have this option, your Application and Input screen will look like the image shown below. Follow the steps to view and submit your feedback.

Use either method below:

  • A - Click the PDF button to download a packet of the application, including file uploads.

Decide

Does the application need to be returned to the applicant so they can make edits?

If Yes...

   1. Select the Yes radio button.

   2. Deadline for Revisions

  • This is the day and time the applicant needs to have their revised application submitted.
  • Note: The applicant will still technically be able to submit revisions after this date, so late revisions are allowed in the platform.
  • It may be locked for editing from the administrator of the opportunity (shown below), or you may be able to edit it.

   3. Optional - cc/bcc others

   4. Optional - Edit subject line

   5. Edit the body of message to communicate the items you'd like changed.

  • It may help to include them in a numbered or bulleted list, using the tools outlined below in purple.
  • If you can't complete your message in one sitting, click the Save as Draft button, and you can re-visit at a later time.
  • IMPORTANT: If you are ok with the applicant knowing that you are the one that provided feedback, you may choose to replace the {admin name} field with your name and/or contact information so they can reach out to you directly. Otherwise, any response to the message will go back to the opportunity administrator.

6. Add Attachment (optional)

  • This option may not appear on the review screen. The administrator of the opportunity chooses whether or not reviewers are allowed to attach a file with their message when returning.
  • If visible, click the Browse Files button to select a file from your computer to attach to the message.
  • The file must be 20MB or less in order to send successfully.

7. Click Send Notification.

If No...

    1. Select the No radio button.

    2. Click Submit Review.

Review the Re-submitted Application (Optional)

  • You may receive an email notifying you when the applicant re-submits their application with the requested edits.
  • It will contain a link to view the application, which is the same link from your original review request. You will need to make sure you're logged in to InfoReady to access the link.
  • To view the updated application, use either of the same methods described in A-C above.
  • To view the original application for comparision, next to Application Snapsthot at the bottom, click the Download PDF link.
