Administrators can choose to allow applicants to add email addresses that will be copied on email notifications from InfoReady. These include messages like the initial confirmation that the submission was received, as well as final decisions (i.e., award or reject notifications).

Note: If this tool is added and then later removed, notifications will continue to be sent for any emails added by applicants before the tool was removed
Add the field by selecting Add Contacts for Notifications as shown below.
Default Configuration
- If needed, drag to the desired location in the form.
- Edit the field label and instructions directly, or click Settings to open the full configuration panel.
Settings Panel Sections
General
A. Field reference - Unique identifier for the field in the InfoReady database
B. Field label - Question label
C. Instructions (optional) - Any additional notes to help applicants answer the question
D. Required - If checked, each row will require an applicant response (same as clicking asterisk * on main question screen).
E. Hide from reviewers (optional) - Check to hide the question and applicants' responses from reviewers.
F. Hide from applicants (optional) - Check to hide the question from applicants.

Applicant View
- The applicant will see the box and can type email addresses in the field.
- Multiple email addresses must be separated with commas, not semi-colons.
