InfoReady allows you to collect data in multiple places, and an outbound data feed allows you to utilize that data for other purposes across your organizaton.

Basic Set Up

• Administrators can choose to have data from one or more areas of InfoReady sent in the feed:
  • Competitions
  • Applications
  • Reviews
  • Progress Reports
• The data is sent regularly (usually daily), which keeps the information up to date.
• One outbound feed can be used for a variety of projects!

Potential Uses

• Populating titles, dates, and other details in a regular email newsletter
• Updating an external webpage regularly
• Sending to a data warehouse for additional manipulation, tracking, and reporting
• ...and more!
