Note: This ability is currently restricted to InfoReady Admins only.
In addition to creating a card for the competition (i.e., opportunity), administrators can choose to create cards for applications.
1. At the bottom of the Details page, next to "Create cards for applications?" select Yes.
2. Next to "Create cards...", choose an option from the dropdown:
- When a draft application is created
- When an application is submitted
- When an application is accepted for review
- When an application is awarded
- For awarded applications on date - If this option is selected you will then be prompted to select the date.
3. Choose Yes or No to hide the competition carousel.
- Yes - Application cards will only appear to logged in InfoReady Admins (hidden from most users).
- No - Application cards will appear on the homepage to all users.
On the next pages, configure Requirements, Routing Steps, Notifications, and/or Progress Reports. When ready, launch the opportunity from the Finalize page.
- As the opportunity progresses, cards will be created based on the selection in Step 2 above.
- Application cards will show in their own carousel.
- Clicking the card image or Learn More link will take the user to a read-only version of the application, as long as the logged in user is allowed to see that application (i.e., if the administrator has access to it).
