Note: This ability is currently restricted to InfoReady Admins only.


Applications can be organized into carousels in two ways:

  • Applicants select the carousel(s) during application submission.
  • Administrators edit the applications after submission to choose the carousel(s).

Either way, the carousels are selected on the application. First, administrators must add the carousel selector to the Requirements. (Learn more). The instructions below assume that InfoReady Tool has been added to the form.


Applicants Selecting Carousel(s)

  • If shown to applicants, the carousel selector question will appear as a list of check boxes.
  • Applicants should select the relevant carousel(s) for their application.

Administrators Selecting Carousel(s)

  • Carousels can be selected at any time by any administrator with access to the opportunity.
  • Go to the Data Grid and click the title of the application.
  • Click Edit on the right hand side.
  • Scroll down to the carousel selector question, which will appear as a list of check boxes.
  • Select the relevant carousel(s).
  • Click Save Edits on the right.
