Release 3.64 of the InfoReady platform was deployed in the early morning hours of Monday, November 4, 2024.
Features and Enhancements
Personal Information Profile (PIP)
For clients utilizing the Personal Information Profile (PIP) add-on, PIP data will now be visible in the user profile to the user and to any administrator with the appropriate permission level. Previously, this data was only available to administrators and reviewers when reviewing an application.
More Application Merge Fields in Notifications (Beta)
We often hear from clients that they would love to include more application field data within notifications sent out for each opportunity. With this release, we’ve laid the foundation within the Form Designer Template for some types of application fields to be added as mail merge fields in notification templates.
Over the coming months, we will be working with a group of administrators to determine what additional functionality is needed to bring this great feature to all our clients.
If you are interested in providing feedback about this feature by joining the group of beta users, please reach out to your account manager. In this beta release, notifications in a competition must be configured by InfoReady.
Engage Homepage (Beta)
Over the last year or so, the InfoReady team has been developing the Engage Homepage. In contrast to the list view, the Engage Homepage features a more graphical approach to showcasing opportunities and has more options for curating opportunities, competitions, and programs on “cards” and carousels.
Each card features an image displayed alongside information selected by administrators to help users quickly skim through all available opportunities. Our beta users have selected great images to showcase their opportunities. Sometimes, however, these images have been quite large, impacting the load-time of the homepage. With this release, we’ve made changes to improve how quickly the homepage loads for users.
New Option for Custom Templates
For those institutions contacting InfoReady to build custom templates and competitions, there is a new option to help ensure the templates are being used as intended. Institutions can direct InfoReady to lock specific template fields, meaning those fields cannot be removed by administrators who are using the template to create their competitions and opportunities. This option has the added benefit of improving data management and consistent use of fields across opportunities. Please contact your account manager if you are interested in InfoReady building custom templates or competitions for you.
Other Enhancements
All releases address a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who may have encountered any issues resolved with this release.
