Release 3.72 of the InfoReady platform was deployed in the early morning hours of Friday, July 11, 2025.  


Features and Enhancements

In our efforts to enhance accessibility and usability across all devices, we’ve been working on some major updates to the InfoReady user interface (UI) over the last couple of months. We are excited to make them available to you in this release!


Full Screen Pages

For most users, the changes we’ve made will be instantly noticeable in the “look and feel” of InfoReady. Users will see that all pages utilize the full width of their screens rather than having vertical white spaces on the sides of the page. The page layout now supports viewing across more devices. For Admins in particular, you have more room to see and do your work! 


Responsive Page Content

With the full screen pages, some elements on pages have shifted a little so that they appear properly across devices. These changes are purely cosmetic and will not impact any feature functionality. In fact, these changes allow InfoReady to be more responsive and usable across different types of devices.


Updated Date and Time Pickers

When configuring or editing a competition, Admins will see new date and time pickers. While you can still enter a date and time manually, date selection and time configuration with your keyboard and mouse will be easier. The time picker in particular no longer requires selection of times in 15-minute intervals; you can now set the time to a precise minute with your keyboard or mouse. While you’re testing out the new data and time pickers, keep in mind these best practices for selecting deadlines.


A Foundation for Future Updates

The extra “real estate” that comes with the new full screen pages is also vital for major updates to routing steps and the reviewer experience planned for InfoReady later this year. If you have suggestions for improving the review process, please share your routing step and reviewer experience ideas in the admin forums


Other Enhancements 

Every release addresses a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experienceThe InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who have submitted tickets for any issues resolved with this release. 


Key Fixes and Updates:

  • We’ve improved date sorting on the list view for clients who are beta testing our new list view.
  • We resolved an issue with template sharing.
  • We addressed an issue within the Form Designer Template that prevented admins from submitting applications by proxy in situations when submissions were limited by Primary Organization affiliations.
