We hope you are enjoying the new full screen and responsive experience across InfoReady! Largely, this release includes fixes and improvements you may not see. Here are some highlights of items you may notice.
Enhancements and Fixes to the Responsive Experience
There were a few things we noticed that needed some tweaks after our last release: some font sizing, button behavior, input fields, etc. If you notice something that still doesn’t look or behave quite right, please reach out to our Support Team to let us know.
Access to Support
As we often hear from you, our Support Team is one of the best aspects of being part InfoReady. Throughout the platform, we’ve long encouraged users to reach out to the Support Team via email. We’ve found, however, that submitting issues through our Support Portal often eliminates much of the back-and-forth communication needed to resolve issues. To streamline communication and resolutions, we’ve updated all email links to the Support Team to links to our ticket form in the Support Portal. Don’t worry! The Support Team is still available to help all users.
Other Enhancements
Every release addresses a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who have submitted tickets for any issues resolved with this release.
Key Fixes and Updates:
- The Administrator Guides have been replaced in the Welcome email that new Administrators receive. If you include these guides on your homepage or elsewhere, make sure to download the updated version!
- We resolved an issue with some Administrators being able to see certain competitions in their Manage tab.
- We fixed the ability to edit the text on Approve/Do Not Approve routing steps.
