Features and Enhancements

In this release, we’ve made the following updates.

New Routing Steps Experience (Beta)

We are working hard to roll out a new routing steps configuration experience for administrators. The new experience is designed to make configuration more straightforward and allow greater flexibility in building routing step forms, using all the capabilities of the Form Designer. Currently, the new experience will only be available to clients in our beta testing program. We look forward to bringing the experience to all clients in the new year!

Form Designer Updates

Across the Form Designer Template, we’ve updated the user interface for building your forms. Administrators will see:

  • Smoother animations when clicking, dragging, and expanding
  • New collapse and expand options for pages and fields
  • A new zoom-in and zoom-out feature to view more or less of a form at a time

Accessibility

To improve accessibility of your site for users using assistive technologies, we’ve added the ability to customize the alternative text (alt text) that appears with your logo in the site header. By default, the alt text has been set to be the name of your organization followed by the word “logo”. Your highest-level administrators may make changes to the alt text via Admin > Customize Header & Footer.

We have also updated the VPAT, which can always be found by clicking the “Accessibility” link in the lower right corner of your InfoReady site.

Other Enhancements

Every release addresses a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who have submitted tickets for any issues resolved with this release.

Key Fixes and Updates

  • If an Administrator edits an already submitted application, they will no longer see the Submit button. Instead, as always, they should click Save Edits on the right side of the page to save any changes.
  • Super Administrators on tenants with microsites can once again add new categories directly from the Details page.
  • Repeatable section data will now show in the report downloaded from the Applications area of the Reports tab.
  • The “Application Title” placeholder will display properly in the notification preview before awarding.
  • If an Administrator adds a file upload to a routing step and later wants to remove it, they can.
  • We now prevent a user from having the same entry listed as both their primary and secondary organization, which prevents downstream application issues.
