Features and Enhancements

In this release, we’ve made the following updates.

Retiring the Funding and General Templates

With all the new feature functionality we’ve added to the Form Designer template over the last few years, it’s time to upgrade your Funding or General template opportunities to make them easier for your applicants to complete and for you to manage.

We’ve worked the last several months to make upgrading existing Funding and General template opportunities as smooth as possible. You will see information throughout the platform about how to complete the upgrade process for any opportunity that you may need to upgrade.

Between now and July 1, 2026:

  • We encourage you to create any new opportunities with the Form Designer template.
  • Begin upgrading any competitions you expect that you will need to use after July 1.
  • You may also want to sign up for our webinar dedicated to this topic on Tuesday, 2/10 at 1pm ET. Sign up here

Any opportunities launched with the Funding or General templates before July 1, 2026 will not be impacted. You will continue to be able to manage those opportunities for the duration of those opportunities, including Progress Reports. Any opportunities created with the General or Funding templates after July 1 will need to be upgraded before you can launch them.

For complete information on the upgrade process, see Transferring Existing Opportunities to the Form Designer Template on the InfoReady Support Portal

New Homepage Updates

The new homepage released earlier this year was built with accessibility and responsiveness across devices in mind. While previously available only to select clients, the new homepage will be available to all clients in 2026. This release includes features to support our rollout of the new homepage.

  • Keywords configured on opportunities’ Details pages may be configured by Support to appear in the list view. (Requires Keywords feature be enabled on your tenant)
  • Opportunities’ launch dates may be configured by Support to appear in the list view.

If you would like to modify any of the columns that currently appear in your list view, submit a ticket to the support team.

Accessibility

  • We continue to make improvements across the platform. We are fully aware of the changes to regulations regarding accessibility requirements coming in April 2026 and are working diligently to ensure that your InfoReady tenant meets accessibility criteria.
  • If you spot a specific accessibility issue at any time, please submit a ticket to the support team
  • We have updated the VPAT, which can always be found by clicking the “Accessibility” link in the lower right corner of your InfoReady site.

Other Enhancements

Every release addresses a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who have submitted tickets for any issues resolved with this release.

Key Fixes and Updates

  • The competition activity log will now show the launch date if the competition was made by copying another.
  • If you need to edit a template, you’ll be able to do so without filling out all required fields. (As always, those required fields will need to be completed to launch a competition from the template).
  • In some instances, older versions of LOIs weren’t converting properly. We’ve prevented the issue from occurring in the future.
  • For users that are applicant proxies for multiple individuals, their names will show in alphabetical order by last name when selecting the applicant.
  • If a co-Administrator is added to a draft LOI competition, they will now be able to see it in their Manage tab.
