The platform allows two different ways to return applications for edits:

Return Application to Applicant for Edits

• Can only be used if an application hasn't yet been accepted for review
• Can return and re-submit multiple times
• Applicants must re-submit before Internal Submission Deadline, so Admins may need to edit the deadline to extend.

Return for Revisions Routing Step: Overview

• Best fit if the application is already in the review process
• Can be returned by one reviewer per application, per step
• Applicants are given deadline to resubmit separate from initial Internal Submission Deadline.
