If you are copying a competition or template that was created using the older Additional Emails for Notifications tool, you must replace it with the current Add Contacts for Notifications tool before saving the Requirements page.
Why do I need to replace it?
The older Additional Emails for Notifications widget is no longer compatible with the Requirements page. If it remains in a copied competition or template, attempting to save the Requirements page may result in an error.
What should I do?
If you see Additional Emails for Notifications in a copied competition or template:
- Remove the old Additional Emails for Notifications widget.
- Add the current Add Contact for Notifications tool in its place.
- Save the Requirements page.
Important: Be sure to replace the old widget before saving the Requirements page to avoid an error.
The current tool allows applicants to provide additional email addresses that will receive copies of InfoReady notifications, including submission confirmations, accept/return notices, final decisions, progress report notifications, and ad hoc emails when applicable.
