• This feature uses data from your student/faculty information systems to auto-populate user fields.
• When looking for a user (as a new administrator, reviewer, letter writer, etc.), you can type the first few letters and automatically find the person you’re looking for. 
• If that person has multiple email addresses, those will be combined into a single record, making it easier for applicants and administrators to ensure emails get sent to the correct email address (i.e., the one that is associated with the user's Single Sign-On credentials).
• Within the Form Designer Template, administrators can add User Lookup fields to allow applicants to search the directory for a specific person.
• The feature also populates some fields within the Co-Applicants section.
