• In the Data Grid, Pending appears in the Funded? column (and reports) for awarded applications when the administrator has added a date in the Funding Organization's Deadline field on the Details page. 
  • The functionality was designed with external funding opportunities in mind, so that admins could update the decision in the system based on the external award decision. 
  • The system then shows the internal decision in the Status column and the external decision in the Funded? column.


How to Document External Decision

    1. Click the word Pending.

    2. Choose Yes or No from the dropdown.

    3. Click the Save button.
