The system allows opportunity Owners to add co-administrators on the Details page:

  • Drafts - Manage tab > Drafts on right side (click title) > Edit > add co-admin(s) > Finalize > Save as Draft
  • Launched -  Manage tab > title > Edit > add co-admin(s) > Save Edits


Scroll to the bottom of the Details page to view the Co-Administrators section. Depending on your site set up, you will see one of two sets of instructions:


Only Current Admins Can Be Added as Co-Admins

1. Add Co-Administrator Email Address Field. 2. Add button.

Note: In this set up, the desired co-administrator will need to have the user role of administrator within InfoReady first. Click here to learn how to edit a user's role


Note: Super and/or Global admins will already have access if they search for it in their Manage or Reports tabs. However, if they want it to show by default, you can add them as co-admins. Their email address will not auto-populate when typed in the box, but you can add the email address associated with their admin account and click Add.


Any New or Existing User Can be Added as a Co-Admin

1. Add Co-Administrator Email Address Field. 2. Add button.

Note: This is a new feature released late June 2019. If you are a current client that would like to switch to this co-administrator functionality, a Super or Global Admin should contact support@inforeadycorp.com.


If the email address entered is a user, but not a current administrator in the system, this message will display:

Confirm New Administrator dialog box: This user is not yet an administrator for the site.


If the email address entered is not a current user in the system, this message will display:

Confirm New Administrator dialog box: The email address entered is not associated with a current user.


As co-admins are added, they will appear in the table. Click the trash can icon to delete a co-admin.
