Instructions Ideas

• Use the table tool to create a scoring or decision rubric.
• Direct reviewers to the PDF button at the top of the review form to download the application form and all included files as a packet.
• Remind reviewers they can Save as Draft in the lower left corner and return to complete and submit their review.
• If application files are included with the application, direct reviewers to the right side of the screen in case they'd like to look at them separately from the packet.
• If reviewers are given access to other applications or previous reviews, explain that they can navigate to these pieces using the blue Previous and Next buttons on the right side of the screen.
• If reviewers are given access to Email Application PDFs to others, explain that they can email ALL of their assigned applications to anyone they choose directly from the review screen of any application.
• Provide information on to whom reviewers should direct questions.
