Application Packets (PDF)

Downloading Excel reports is often easiest for quick calculations and data comparison. However, sometimes application packets in PDF format are easier for stakeholders to read. Administrators can customize the contents of packets to include specific materials, reviews, and/or progress reports.

Reports Tab

The Reports tab on the Global Navigation Bar allows for sitewide reporting. What is available on your Reports tab depends on your Admin role. For example, Regular Administrators only have access to opportunities they manage or co-manage on their site.

Primary options on the Reports tab include “Competitions” and “Applications,” but after making that selection, you can enter other filter information to refine your results before downloading a report.

Module 6: Put into Practice Exercise

Scenario 1: You are managing an opportunity with over 20 Reviewers. To quickly access how many of your Reviewers have not completed their review assignments, what report would you generate on the Data Grid?
- Scenario 2: Your opportunity requires two reference letters from each Applicant’s designated Letter Writers. What are the two ways you could determine which Applicants have had both letters submitted?
- Activity 1: Go to your Reports tab and run a report of all open opportunities that you manage or co-manage that fall under a specific category. If there were no results listed, select another category, and run the report again.
- Activity  2: Go to your Reports tab and run a report of all applications that were awarded. Then, download the report and filter the data by primary organization, and save the Excel sheet. Create a Support ticket and send the finalized report as an attachment. Note completion of Module 6 and your responses for Scenarios 1 and 2 within the ticket.
