• An Administrator can submit a proxy application for anyone in the system.
  • Applicants must already have a profile in the system for the Admin to apply as a proxy on their behalf.
  • Applicants do not need to designate an Administrator as a proxy to allow that Administrator to submit on their behalf.

To submit an application by proxy as an Administrator:

    1. Click on Submit by Proxy button along the right side of the page.

    2. Start typing in the applicant's email address in Enter Email Address or Name field.

  • Do not copy and paste the email address from another source.
  • Do not use autofill.
    3. Choose email address from the in-system drop-down, which will show in blue text (see image below).
  • THIS IS KEY: This enables the system to link the application to the user's (applicant's) profile. If you do not choose their email address from the drop-down, the system will not allow you to submit the application (even if all of the fields are filled out).
  • If email address does not populate in the drop-down, a top-level Administrator will need to add the user in the platform. The user does not need to confirm their email address; they will just need to be in the system.
    4. Under Select Application, choose an option to begin the submission:
  • New Application (most common) - To start a "fresh" blank draft
  • Existing draft - Any draft applications by the applicant will show in the dropdown. If you simply need to pick up where the applicant left off and finish submitting, select the appropriate draft.
  • Copy This will only display as an option if more than one application is allowed per applicant and the user you select has already started a draft or submitted an application. This option allows you to copy a prior application to start with all the same data and then make any changes. - If you choose this option, be sure to review ALL fields for accuracy before submitting. Particularly, "Copy of" will be automatically added to the beginning of the application title and should be removed or revised before submitting.
    5. Fill out all the required fields in the application. This will vary based on application.
  • Depending on the application length, you may need to click Next to navigate to other pages.
  • When all responses are entered, you may see a Preview button to check responses a final time.
    6. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
    7. Applicant will receive an automatic email informing them that an application has been submitted on their behalf.

1. Submit Application button outlined in red. 2. Email address is starting to be typed. 3. Name and email listed in dropdown field.
