InfoReady allows users to designate other users as proxies for themselves (i.e., User 1 makes User 2 a proxy for User 1). A common example is a department chair or supervisor designating an executive assistant to be a proxy. 

The only action proxies can take is to submit applications on behalf of the applicant. Proxies are unable to submit reviews or progress reports on behalf of other users.

Additional Notes about Proxies:

• Proxies can only be added in the user profile.
• Super and Global administrators can add proxies for other users from the Admin tab > Manage Users section.
• Opportunity administrators and Super (or Global) Administrators are automatically proxies for any user in the system. They do not need to be added by individual users. They can use the Submit by Proxy button in the Manage view to submit on others' behalf.
