The ability to hide applicants' identity from reviewers varies depending on which base template is used to create the opportunity.
Form Designer Template
Hiding the Applicant's Name
- On the Requirements page, open the Settings of the First Name and Last Name fields.
- For each field, check the Hide from reviewers box.
Hiding Other Fields
- Check the Hide from reviewers box in the Settings area of the field or file upload. (More info here).
- Good option for hiding demographic information, or questions/files irrelvant to review process.
When fields are hidden from reviewers, by default, they are hidden for ALL routing steps. If administrator would like to show the hidden information to reviewers in specific steps only, they can check this box under the Routing Step Options:
Funding Template
- Set up: In the appropriate Routing Step(s), under Routing Step Options, make sure to leave the first box un-checked.
- Hidden fields: Applicant's first and last name, email address, and phone number.
The field on the Requirements page labeled Comments to the Administrator(s) can also provide some of this functionality. If included in the application form, this text box is a place where applicants can enter information that will only be visible by the opportunity administrator(s). Add Notes to Applicant to clarify what you would like them to put in the box.
