Yes! On the Details page:


A. If you want to collect the field information for administrative purposes or reporting but not show to applicants, un-check the box on the left.

  • If you prefer to have all fields unchecked (i.e., not showing to applicants) by default, your Super/Global admin can request that change. Click here for more information.
  • Switching this setting can save considerable time if you only need to show applicants a few Pivot fields.

B. Use the trash can icon to delete a field.

C. Use the pencil icon to edit a field.

These changes can be made either before or after launching the opportunity in InfoReady.
