Many processes include one or more file uploads as part of the application. These are added in the Requirements section.


Notes: 
- This article specifically addresses adding file upload options when using the Funding template. If you are using the Form Designer template, see this article: Form Designer Template: File Upload
- If you need to collect audio or video files as part of the application, read this article for more information.


A box for the first upload is shown by default. Click Add Upload Option to add another file upload field.

Customize the (1) label and (2) instructions for each upload, and (3) decide if it should be required or optional.

Applicant View

On the application form, applicants will see the instructions and choose each file to upload.

Administrator View

  • When the application is complete, the file uploads will appear in the lower right section of the manage view of the application (accessed by clicking the submission title from the Data Grid).
  • The application ID is appended to the beginning of each attachment name.

They will also be in the application packet downloaded as a pdf by reviewers and administrators with the same labels from the application form.

  • .doc
  • .docx
  • .xls 
  • .xlsx 
  • .pdf (PDF portfolios are not supported)
  • .txt
  • .csv
  • .rtf
  • .jpeg
  • .png
