The system will allow applicants to upload audio and video files as a part of their application. However, if they are included as file uploads, administrators and reviewers will not be able to download the application in pdf format.

The best way to collect audio and video files is to ask applicants to upload them to an external site (YouTube, Vimeo, Drive, Box, etc.) and then include the link(s) to those locations on the application form. Simply add a text field that asks for the url. When these are exported as part of the application pdf, admins and reviewers will be able to click on the link to view the content and then return to the application.
