Administrators are able to add reviewers by going into individual applications:
1. Go to the Data Grid of the opportunity you are managing.
2. Click the title of the application (in blue text) from which you want to assign reviewers.
3. Click the Reviewers button on the right side of the screen to view the review assignments.
4. Locate the correct routing step.
5. Click the Assign Reviewer button to bring up the notification screen.
6. Add the reviewer email address(es), set a deadline, and edit the email content (if necessary).
The text will pre-populate from the Review Request email template for the first routing step:
No text will appear for later routing steps, since these reviewers will receive their notification view the Review Requests Digest. You can choose to include additional instructions, which are written in the email template called Review Request Digest Instructions in the Notifications section. Click Include in Digest to complete the review assignment process.
7. Repeat Steps 4-6 for each routing step if you want to add reviewers to other routing steps.
