If a tile has been launched through InfoReady to your Engagement Hub but needs to be removed, follow these steps:


1. Log in to InfoReady. 

2. Click Manage.

3. Click the opportunity title.

4. Click Edit.

5. On Details page, under Promote click No.

6. In the pop up, select Yes.

7. Click Save Edits on right hand side.

8. Switch to your Engagement Hub site. Verify that the tile no longer shows on the home page (the Hub). 


If you are also an Engagement Hub administrator, you'll still see the opportunity in the Manage Workflows section with status Launched Private:
