Release 1.52 of InfoReady Review™ was deployed in the early morning hours of Friday, January 3, 2020.

Happy New Year! With this release, we’ve introduced extensive updates to accessibility on the platform, updates to the Reviewer Digest Email, and flexibility naming the Letter of Intent label.

Features and Enhancements

  • Updates to Reviewer Digest Email
    • Duration – The active period of the Reviewer Digest Email has been reduced from 30 days to 14 days (or earlier if the review assignment is completed or deleted)
    • Frequency – Super/Global Admins can contact InfoReady Support to select which days of the week to send the digest email, choose either weekly or biweekly, or completely disable the notification. Keep in mind that changes to digest email frequency will affect your whole InfoReady Review site.
    • Content
      • The subject line is now more descriptive and less ambiguous
      • The body of the email has been streamlined to keep only the essential details with review assignments now identifying whether a review or approval is being requested
      • An action button has been added for reviewers
      • Contact information for the competition owner is listed next to each competition
  • Accessibility Improvements
    • Improved keyboard navigation
    • Alt text for images
    • Form elements have a connected label (i.e. screen readers will be able to read form fields and options)
    • Download the latest VPAT here
  • Edit Letter of Intent (LOI) label
    • The label for the Letter of Intent feature can now be edited. For example, some institutions use the term “Call for Intent” instead of LOI.
    • Changing the label will affect all competitions and reports on your site.
    • Super/Global Admins should contact InfoReady Support to make the change.
