To make an adjustment to an opportunity, from the Manage tab, simply click the title and then the Edit button in the local navigation menu.

Note: Most aspects can be edited, even after launching. For more information on this topic, see this article: What can't be edited in an opportunity?


Some common edits to make are:

  • Details - Adding Support Documents or editing Description
  • Requirements - Adding or editing instructions
  • Routing Steps - Adding a new step or editing instructions
  • Notifications - Editing email template(s)
  • Progress Report(s) - Adding additional reports or editing existing reports

Once any edits are made, make sure to click the Save Edits button on the right side of the screen.
