If you're unable to log in to InfoReady, please check the following:

Are you using a recommended browser and device?

  • InfoReady runs best on the latest supported versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers. It does not run optimally on Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.
  • The site should be accessed via a desktop or laptop computer. It is not compatible with mobile devices or tablets. Both Windows and Mac operating systems are compatible.

Are you an external (i.e., outside the institution) or internal user?

  • If external, make sure you have activated your account.
  • If internal, make sure you are using the blue Single Sign-On (SSO) button to log in.

Are you being redirected to the homepage but not being logged in via SSO?

  • Sometimes security settings on the user's or institution's end keep the SSO from redirecting to InfoReady. It sometimes happens when the user is not on the university network, but there could be other factors causing the redirect issue.
  • You can use the Login for Other Users feature to solve it.

Are you getting a blank page after entering your institutional (i.e., SSO) credentials?

  • This usually means that your organization's SSO is not sending us the correct authentication information.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about that from our end, so you will need to contact your IT department to let them know.
  • However, you can log into the site without SSO if you need to get in quickly. Here's how.

Are you seeing a message that your account has been deactivated?

  • We will need permission from an InfoReady administrator at your institution to re-activate.
  • Please contact us, copying an administrator, if you know. If not, we'll be happy to look up that information for you.
