When using the Form Designer, all standard Excel reports are available. To access, go to the Data Grid and click the Download Reports button.

Because the template allows for conditional logic, there are some key points to understand about the exports, particularly the Application & Applicant Details - All Fields report:

• Each field that exists on the application form (i.e., Requirements page) will have its own column in the Excel export.
• Columns with conditional questions will not show data:
  • If the question was not shown to the given applicant (i.e., not displayed to them based on conditional logic).
  • If the question was shown but not required and not answered for the given applicant (i.e., displayed to them but optional).
• The same rules apply for:
  • Review data if the Build my own Form step was used
  • Progress Report data
