Release 3.56 of the InfoReady platform was deployed in the early morning hours of Friday, December 22, 2023.

Features and Enhancements  

All sites 

  • The submission dates for applications now appear in downloaded reports, PDFs, and within the platform when submitted by applicants, applicant proxies, or by administrators on behalf of applicants. 
  • If an application is submitted by a designated proxy or an administrator, that user's name is listed on the screen.
  • A new “Expand Screen” mode has been added to many pages within the platform for administrators and reviewers. Clicking the toggle button in the upper left of one of these pages will display the page within the full-width of the browser window to enhance viewing.  


Sites with Form Designer Template (FDT) 

Admin Only Fields (Hide from Applicant)

  • Admins can create fields or file uploads within forms that can be hidden from applicants
  • Edit applications and add additional information or files for record-keeping purposes (e.g., “Administrative Use Only”). 
  • Choose to show these fields to all reviewers in the routing process, if desired.

  • Admins can now add a group of questions or fields that can be repeated so that applicants can provide multiple responses.
  • Applicants will click Add new and another set of the fields will appear in the Requirements form. 
  • For example, Admins may need to allow applicants to list experiences in a standardized and organized way to include a description, date, and category for each one. Admins can create this group of fields and applicants can add as many experiences as they choose.
  • This field type allows admins to add Likert-type questions to their forms. Questions are represented as rows and values for responses are displayed in columns.
  • Available for Requirements and Progress Reports forms.

Beta Release of Two New Routing Step Types!
We are anticipating the release of two new Routing Step options within the first half of 2024. A small group of admins are serving as beta testers beginning in January and will be providing feedback to help us refine the features. More details to come in the next few months.
  • New “Build My Own Form” Routing Step – This routing step introduces the new form designer functionality to Routing Steps. It will support creating routing step forms with all the field types available in Requirements and Progress Reports forms, including file uploads.
  • Return for Revisions Routing Step – In contrast to the existing “Accept/Return” feature within the platform, the return routing step type can be placed anywhere within a routing process and allows the assigned reviewer to return an application back to the applicant with feedback. Once the applicant resubmits with the requested revisions, the application continues to the next step in the routing process, if any.
