Release 3.57 of the InfoReady platform was deployed in the early morning hours of Friday, March 8, 2024.
Features and Enhancements
All sites
- Applicant Name, unless hidden from reviewers, now displays atop the reviewer and administrator views of all review steps.
- Reviewers no longer need to expand the application to identify the applicant whose application they are reviewing.
Form Designer Template (FDT)
- Admins will see a new read-only field called “Field Reference” within the settings panel for any question.
- This unique identifier for a question sets the groundwork for features we look to introduce in the future.
Add Contacts for Notifications (formerly Additional Email Addresses for Notifications)
- When we released FDT a year ago, we introduced Additional Email Addresses for Notifications as a default field within the requirements form.
- After receiving your feedback, this field has been added as an InfoReady Tool (found in the toolbar within the designer) so that administrators may choose to add the option to their forms. The tool is called “Add Contacts for Notifications”.
- Last fall within Form Designer Template, we introduced the ability to hide any field within a Requirements form from reviewers.
- With this release, we’ve improved the experience to make it clearer that any field can be hidden from reviewers, not just applicant identity.
- A new routing step option has been added that allows administrators to display any fields marked as “Hide from Reviewers” in Requirements to reviewers on any routing step. This override option gives administrators more control over their processes and flexibility in sharing data within routing steps.
Return for Revisions Routing Step (Beta)
- Reviewers may now attach files to their message to applicants when returning applications for revisions.
- Administrators will now specify a default deadline that applicants must return their applications if returned by a reviewer for revisions. Administrators may also allow reviewers to modify this deadline for an applicant if desired.
