Features and Enhancements 

Deleting Opportunities - View video walkthrough

Previously, when an administrator selected to delete an opportunity, this resulted in a request to InfoReady Support to complete the request. Support would then contact the administrator to confirm that the opportunity should be deleted.  


With this release, we’ve streamlined the process and empowered administrators with tools to fully manage competition deletion without the need to involve InfoReady Support. After clicking “Delete”, administrators are now given a summary of what will be deleted and asked to confirm that the opportunity should be deleted. Learn more.

Note: There are no changes to the process of deleting individual applications within an opportunity. The previous process is still in place. Learn more.


Restoring Deleted Opportunities

If an administrator deletes an opportunity by mistake, no worries! The “Manage” tab has a new section where administrators can restore deleted opportunities. Click “Restore” and the opportunity will be returned to its status as if it had not been deleted. Administrators have 30 days to restore any deleted opportunities to which they had access. Button Styling

Users may notice some changes to how buttons look throughout InfoReady (example comparison below). We’ve made these changes to achieve greater consistency and improve accessibility throughout the InfoReady platform.

Other Enhancements 

All releases address a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. Releases in the first half of 2025 will largely focus on these types of issues. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who may have encountered any issues resolved with this release.  


Key Fixes: 

  • Corrected an issue related to downloading from the Reports tab. 
  • Resolved a few cases were CC’d and BCC’d recipients weren’t receiving messages. 
  • Streamlined the applicant experience when viewing a saved draft application that includes reference letter requests. 
  • Prevented Applicant-Driven Routing Steps from duplicating when configuring.
