Features and Enhancements
Spring Cleaning Continues!
Avid followers of the release notes may have noticed that the general theme of product updates in 2025 has been a focus on fixing bugs, improving performance, and enhancing accessibility. This focus continues with this release. We’ve also been working on some major improvements to the user interface that we’re aiming to share with you next month. See the “What’s Coming?” section below for more information.
In this first June release, users will see a couple of updates:
- Help with the new text editor. All users will see a new button in the text editor menu. The “Information” icon links to helpful information about all the tools included in the text editor.
- Updated searching for beta version of new homepage. For clients beta testing our new homepage, we’ve made changes to improve search results, added new search parameters, and added a quick info link for users to learn how to optimize their searches. You can review these improvements on our support portal. Learn more.
Other Enhancements
Every release addresses a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who have submitted tickets for any issues resolved with this release.
Key Fixes and Updates:
- We’ve updated our browser compatibility message to clarify that InfoReady runs best on the latest supported versions of Chrome, Edge, and Safari browsers.
- For clients using the Participating Organization Hierarchy, users’ affiliation will show in the report downloaded from the Manage Users area.
- We’ve implemented validation checks when using Applicant-Driven and Department-Driven routing steps so that you don’t forget a configuration setting.
- We fixed a situation where sometimes duplicate drafts appeared when converting a Letter of Intent.
- We updated the Data Grid to always display the correct count of applications in the chart and entries displays, even when there are returned applications.
What’s Coming?
In our efforts to enhance accessibility and usability across all devices, we will introduce some major changes to the look and feel of InfoReady in July. Most notably, users will see that all pages utilize the full width of their screens, instead of having white spaces on the sides. Although elements on the pages might shift a little, these changes are purely cosmetic and will not impact any feature functionality. We can hardly wait to share this release with you!
