Features and Enhancements
We introduced many changes (e.g., full screen pages) to the user interface (UI) over the last couple of releases. In this release, we primarily focused on refining those UI changes and addressing issues that had arisen. Additionally, this release includes enhancements for administrator functionality.
Managing Single Sign-On (SSO) Users
Administrators are sometimes contacted by users who are having trouble logging into InfoReady. Typically, this is a result of users not realizing they’ve created more than one user account utilizing different email addresses. Administrators can resolve this issue for some users by helping them find the account associated with their applications or reviews and then deleting* other accounts in the Manage Users section of the Admin tab.
However, there are situations where administrators should not delete redundant user accounts after resolving login issues, namely when an SSO-enabled account is involved. We’ve added a friendly reminder that alerts admins to contact InfoReady Support when they are attempting to delete SSO user accounts.
* Note on deleting accounts: If a user has applications or reviews associated with more than one account, then we recommend contacting InfoReady Support to merge accounts.
Improved Data Grid Responsiveness
The Data Grid is a powerful tool to help administrators manage opportunities and create customized views of the information. Administrators will see that we’ve made some improvements so that columns resize appropriately based on the number of columns selected and type of content in fields.
Other Enhancements
Every release addresses a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who have submitted tickets for any issues resolved with this release.
Key Fixes and Updates
- We've corrected the date above the Data Grid to notify Admins when the next Digest email will be sent instead of showing “N/A”. (Note: The Digest still only sends for two weeks after the initial assignment date).
- If reviewers access a review from an email link, they can once again use the Next and Previous buttons to navigate to additional reviews from within their Reviews tab.
- We fixed an issue that was preventing some awardees from accessing progress reports.
- The global applications report (downloaded from the Reports tab) includes data from repeatable sections. '
- Users can remove a primary organization from their own profile.
- In a draft competition made with the Form Designer template, Administrators can now delete the Co-Applicants or Reference Letters tool up to the point of launching or scheduling a launch date.
