Access Your InfoReady Site

Although the overall design of your organization’s InfoReady site should blend well with your organization’s website, it is a separate site. Most organizations call this site their InfoReady Homepage and it is usually viewable by the public. Your homepage often lists open opportunities and your organization’s contact information. Your InfoReady homepage URL link should include your organization’s name in abbreviated form, following the format https://________________.infoready4.com/.

InfoReady Support Resources
The InfoReady Support Portal contains user guides, FAQs, how-to videos, online webinar archives, and user forums. While logged in, hover over “Help” on your InfoReady site and click the “Administrator” link (applicants and reviewers have access to their own help sections as well).

  • Training Refresher Webinars (90 min) - These webinars are held quarterly and give a high-level overview of core functionality. If you need to launch and/or manage an opportunity very soon, this is a great option to start with. You can then visit other modules later as needed.

Module 1: Put into Practice Exercise 
- Click on your InfoReady Homepage, bookmark it. Then, log in.
- Once logged in, locate the Help link and click on it, select Administrator.
- This brings you to the Support Portal, bookmark this page.
- Then, click "Submit support ticket" and complete the fields to submit a ticket.
- In the ticket, introduce yourself and share that you have completed Module 1.
