Overview
- Allows administrators to put an instructional/information file directly on the form
- By default, these files do not show in the PDF application packet for admins and reviewers, but that can be changed by administrators (see G below).
- Accepted file types: .doc, .docx., .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .jpeg, .png
- These cannot be placed within Repeatable Sections.

General
A. Field reference - Unique identifier in the InfoReady database that does not show to applicants.
B. Field label - Supporting document label
C. Instructions (optional) - Any additional notes to help applicants upload the correct file
D. Hide from reviewers - Check to not display the file to reviewers
E. Hide field from applicants- Check to not display the file to applicants
F. Upload a file - Click the folder to select a file from your computer.
G. Include in the Application PDF - Check the box to include the file in the PDF packet users download.
- If checked but "Hide from reviewers" is also checked, the file won't show in the reviewer PDF.
- If checked but "Hide from applicants" is also checked, the file won't show in the applicant PDF.
- Any conditional logic is independent of this setting. For example, if a Supporting Document is shown only to certain applicants but then is marked to be included in the application PDF, it would show to all reviewers.

Layout
G. Display field on a new line
H. Expand state - If this field is for an applicant's reference only, you may want to consider collapsing this field by default.
- Note: Inherit means the default values of the form-level settings are respected, i.e., the file will show as expanded and cannot be collapsed.
I. Field label location - Choose if and where the label should show.
J. Instructions location - Choose either under the field or under the field label.

- From the Preview tab, here is how the Supporting Document built above would look to applicants.
- Click directly in the label or instructions fields to edit that text.
- Switch back to the Designer tab to make any edits to logic or layout.
