If you expect that another person will be assisting you in managing the opportunity, remember to assign this person as a Co-Administrator.
A co-administrator will be able to access the opportunity from their Manage tab and has full permissions to manage the all aspects, including submissions, the review process, and notifications. Co-administrators are added from the Details page of a competition (click here for instructions).
Additional Tips:
- Depending on your site set up, a co-administrator may need to have a user account, with administrator privileges, before you can add them to the specific opportunity. Or, you may be able to directly add any email address as a co-admin, which automatically creates an administrator account for them. For more information on the different processes, see this article.
- You can choose to show or hide the co-administrator's name from applicants. If you want applicants to know this is an additional person they can reach out to for questions, we recommend showing it.
- You must set up notifications separately for co-admins in the Notifications menu screen (4th page in creating). All you need to do is add the co-admin's email address in the appropriate space and choose the types of notifications they should receive.
