If a reviewer has been assigned to multiple review steps for an application, review assignments display within a single row for that reviewer in the Data Grid. Each row for an application is a snapshot of the review process by reviewer.
Tip: Drag and drop the Reviewer column to the far left to more easily view the Data Grid by reviewer.
The statuses next to review assignments provide more information for administrators:
- Not Assigned - Reviewer was not assigned to a routing step for the application in question.
- Skipped - Administrator chose to skip the routing step for the application.
- Due in XX days - Reviews with an upcoming deadline
- Overdue - The review deadline has passed. Remember, reviewers can still submit after the review deadline.
If a review has been completed, the content displayed will vary based on the routing step type. Some examples are:
- Comments and Ratings Combination - Only rating will show (not comments)
- Approve/Do Not Approve - Only response will show (not comments)
- Build my own Form - Varies based on question type. Long responses are truncated with full response on hover.
